This study has been running for over 10 years, starting its life with the Citizens Advice Bureau and moving over to us in 2019. You can download all the previous versions – including CAB’s – below.
This year instead of publishing one big report we’re going to release our key findings in six short drops over the autumn of 2026. We’ll then publish the full reference report at a launch event in London in November.
